For a long time, I thought success was about reaching the next milestone.
The next promotion.
The next opportunity.
The next challenge.
And for many years, it worked.
Over the years, I built a career, led teams, celebrated wins, made mistakes, and learned a lot about people.
But the experiences that shaped me most weren't the titles I held or the positions I earned.
They were the moments that challenged me.
The moments when I had no idea what I was doing.
The moments when I wasn't sure I was ready.
The moments when I had to take the leap anyway.
Those experiences eventually became the foundation for The CC Way.
At its core, The CC Way is built on a few simple beliefs:
